Merilynga Wellness Day

This is the inargural Merilynga Wellness Day to be held. We are bringing together people who provide wellness services and products in the area and beyond to showcase what is available to people in our region.

The day will start with either Morning Fitness or a Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class. This will be followed by morning information sessions from guest speakers who will talk about:

• Gut health and why it is so important to your overall health and wellbeing

• How self-care is not selfish and its vital for our mental health and wellbeing

• Kinesiology and how it can help in so many ways

• What is the difference between yoga and Pilates

• How we can use essential oils in our everyday lives

After a nourishing lunch there will be afternoon mini sessions and workshops which will include:

• attune body mind soul Kinesiology

• Stem Pilates

• Juicy Sisters using raw foods

• Reiki

• Restorative Yoga

• Fitchix Personal Training

• Essential oils with Val

​

There will also be exhibitors there on the day that you will have the opportunity to find out more about and purchase products from.

Sundowner Details are to follow; however, we can confirm that Kate Linke will be providing the entertainment. There will be a child-minding service available, this is at an additional cost of $15 per child. Please contact us if you require further information about this.

Dress Code - our best advice is to be comfortable, for those wanting to participate in activities we suggest wearing appropriate clothing and for people attending Fitness, Pilates and Yoga please bring your mat or towel.

Tickets - $60 per person (prior to Friday 19th May); $70 per person at the door.
